Due to the importance of counting with a contingency plan in case of emergency, we are always eager to help you in order to create a plan that suits your needs.
We must be prevented, we should not think “this is not going to happen to me.” Have everything that is necessary for you to know what to do and how to do it so that you can solve an emergency in your monitoring central system as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Your Annual SoftGuard support plan must be always activated, with its customer's number and password to be able to access to on-line queries tickets and on-line Support Department chat.
HOW DO WE PROCEDE?
The procedures to be carried out at the central station in case certain circumstances take place differ a lot if they are destined to stations with monomachine installations or with one or several network terminals (apart from the server). If your procedures are not determined, you will have to contact our Support Department to develop together an appropriate procedure according to your particular structure.
SUPPORT AND UPDATING PLANS
The new support plans are already available to give you extended service in relation to hours and days. Even though in SoftGuard we have proved that a full, tested and audited contingencies plan provides solutions to all possible problems out of business hours at the central monitoring station, we have generated some new service options:
-Annual plan during business hours from Mondays to Fridays -9/5-
-Annual plan during business hours from Mondays to Sundays -9/7-
-Full annual plan 24 hours from Mondays to Sundays -24/7-
Moroever, our firm belief is that health and efficiency in the systems depends on the permanent maintenance cycle, so, we make emphasis on the importance of having the SoftGuard system updated in its current version not only because of the new applications that are added in each launch, but also due to the impossibility to provide service in case of serious or critical situations.
Available solutions:
VERSION UPGRADE: In this item we offer upgrading of the SG version and all the related modules at a fixed cost for a single time and with 15 days of service to help you specifically with the post-upgrading process.
PLUS ONGOING ANNUAL UPGRADE: You will be able to get ALL the upgraded versions that may arise during the cycle of 12 months after being purchased.
